Viigo launches Blackberry London Fashion Week app

Attendees at this week's London Fashion Week have their own mobile app to keep tabs on who's hot, who's not, and who's in hot water for the size of their models.

Viigo launched a dedicated app for the event, commissioned by the British Fashion Council. It's only available for BlackBerry handsets, however, so iPhone-owning fashionistas will have to make do with deploying their fart apps when sitting behind Anna Wintour, for a laugh.

Viigo's app, on the other hand, lets attendees create their own schedules for the week, get live updates when shows run late, and get designer biographies, photo galleries and recommendations for the most trendy places to eat, drink and sleep in London.

And yes, the official Twitter feed is also included. Although London Fashion Week is nearly over now, Viigo's app does show the potential for event-specific mobile applications - assuming they can find someone to fund them.
