Bango updates analytics solution

Mobile web enabler Bango has released v4 of its traffic analytics solution.

Among the list of new additions is the ability to identify the type of network connection the site visitor is using, including Wi-Fi. 

Because of inherent difficulties with using cookies and JavaScript in mobile, Bango's is a hosted solution that analyses traffic to and from sites in its network using unique user IDs.

Basic metrics include unique visitor count, country, network and handset of each user.
