New buzzd partners confirmed

buzzd has inked deals with new partners to enhance its location-sensitive info service.
The new content partnerships with AEG Live, Zagat Survey, and Upcoming should expand the reach of a US service that comprises over 1.7 million listings.
buzzd already has distribution from Citysearch, Flavorpil, TimeOut New York and others. The service delivers premium editorial event and venue information, with reviews and ratings from friends and other members of the buzzd community.
It is free to consumers and advertising supported by brands such as Jim Beam, Nokia and Bonnaroo, the world’s largest music and arts festival. Currently, buzzd can also be accessed via WAP or on-deck with Virgin Mobile USA.
“Getting these kinds of partnership deals really expands our reach,” said Nihal Mehta, CEO of buzzd. “The buzzd network now has a stronger presence in cities between the coasts, such as Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, Des Moines and all over the Midwest.”
