The firm says the service can be deployed by operators to give customers access to apps, videos, games, animations and books that can either be downloaded and used offline, or experienced online.

ZTE can provide operators with platform deployment, operation consultancy and software applications according to the individual requirements.

It says tens of thousands of applications are already available on the iMarket, which is already in commercial use with China Unicom.
