Spanish mobile content giant will offer 'one stop shop' games and video portal solution to operators.
Zed has confirmed its acquisition of UK-based Player X for an undisclosed sum, following several days of speculation.
The Spanish company says the deal strengthens its position as a ‘one stop shop’ mobile content production and portal management provider for mobile operators, particularly in the areas of games and video.
Last year Player X restructured into two seperate divisions - Studio X for mobile content production and Player X Distribution.
