'World's first' dual delivery music vids

24-7 MusicShop has launched what it claims is the world’s first dual delivery solution for music videos.

This service allows users to purchase and download music videos on their mobile, while receiving a full screen resolution copy of the music video delivered to their online account, where it can be downloaded to a PC or Media Centre. A new
application ‘24-7 MediaXpress’ will automatically download and synchronise the music libraries between devices in accordance with the usage rights provided by the labels.

The London-based digital music provider is to offer the service world-wide to telcos, retailers, media companies and hardware manufacturers. “This milestone marks 24-7's final step in providing a complete range of digital music products including music
videos, full length audio tracks and ringtones via web and mobile,” said Frank Taubert, CEO of 24-7 MusicShop.

It’s been a busy week for 24-7. Days ago it announced a new dual-delivery music store for Denmark`s biggest carrier TDC Mobile. TDC Mobile currently offers 550,000 full tracks from the four majors and various local independents. It aims to offer one million within three months.
