WIN will manage content services for Planet 3, the 3 Austria portal. These will comprise the sending of SMS and MMS alerts, sourcing premium content and also handling the billing, reporting and back end delivery mechanism allowing content to be categorised and delivered via frequency, price, type as well as terms and conditions.
The platform will also allow Hutchison 3G Austria to create its own bespoke interactive marketing campaigns, promotions and competitions.
