The service will help service and marketing companies use a single, memorable five digit number to handle both incoming voice and data calls on premium rate services for the first time. It means WIN can provide a one stop shop for both shortcode messaging and shortcode voice.WIN’s platform incorporates interactive voice recognition number translation, voice mail and a divert option when the line is busy.
