WIN and Command Technology Group have jointly launched a streamed casino mobile TV service.
Playview3G, allows users on any network to watch live streamed casino style mobile TV and place a bet in realtime without a break from the video stream. It builds on existing applications where users watch a TV channel with the option to bet using their home phone.The service is the first result of a partnership agreement between WIN and Command Technology to deliver interactive mobile video services.
Graham Rivers, CEO of WIN, said: “Consumers are expecting more from 3G video. Playview3G is a pivotal video service for the betting and gaming sector, enabling users of 3G handsets the freedom to watch TV and bet when they are away from their TVs.”
The partners believe their service can offer broadcasters, internet providers and content owners a new platform for interaction with customers as well as a reliable video and audio stream to deliver content.
