Shares in Italian ISP jump 10 per cent this morning on Vodafone buy out rumours.
Reuters reports that Tiscali shares rose about 10 per cent this morning to a high of 2.5975 euros after a report that Vodafone is about to bid for the entire company.The Italian financial press reckons Voda will makes its move within 24 hours as it seeks to consolidate its converged communications and content services offering.
In 2003 Tiscali bought Vodafone's fixed line Spanish ISP Airtelnet for 8.86 million euros.
