UK operator teams with GoSpoken to push emerging category
Vodafone is giving its customers the opportunity to download five bestselling eBooks for free to their mobile phone on March 12th.
The free books include Stieg Larsson's The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, Sophie Kinsella’s Twenties Girl, James Patterson's The Murder of King Tut and Alex Preston's This Bleeding City.
Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland is also part of the line-up, with Tim Burton's take on the story currently at cinemas.
Customers will also be in with a chance to win a private film screening of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
Vodafone has set up a dedicated microsite to support the promotion and has also put a ‘how to download books’ video on YouTube.
