Just one week left until Angry Birds successor flies into app stores.
Rovio's Angry Birds franchise is a freak of nature with more than one billion app downloads, though its follow-up Amazing Alex hasn't arrived to such fanfare.
The developer will return to its roots with the release of Bad Piggies, a spin-off of the popular avian-based game where the green bits of bacon will get their turn in the spotlight.
Bad Piggies is available from September 27th and will run across iOS, Android and Mac, while WinPho, Windows 8 and PC versions will follow.
