Google Keep

New reminder service for Android.

Evernote launched in 2008 and the digital reminder service now boasts a global user base of 50 million, while UK usage recently hit two million. Seemingly sensing an opportunity to conquer a new vertical, Google has announced Google Keep.

The Evernote-like Android service runs on smartphones and tablets with Ice Cream Sandwich or higher, with notes and memo synced to Google Drive for access to content across all devices.

Reminders can be saved in written, voice and picture forms, with colour personalisation options and more.
