Verizon's device roadmap leaked

US operator lining up Androids, BlackBerrys and tablets galore

PhoneArena has seen details of Verizon Wireless's autumn device roadmap, which is jam packed full of smartphone goodness.

Kicking things off in September will be the Motorola Droid 2 World Edition, so called because it can run across both CDMA and GSM networks.

The second Android device of September will be the entry-level Motorola WX445 Citrus.

October is BlackBerry month on Verizon, with the OS 6-powered Storm 3 9570 and the Curve 3 9330 both making their debuts.

But October doesn't stop there - the month will also see the long-delayed launch of the Samsung Fascinate (Verizon's version of the Galaxy S), the Android-powered Motorola XT610, the Palm Pre 2 and, possibly, the Motorola A957 (or Droid Pro).

If October was Android month, then November is tablet month, with Motorola's MZ600 and Samsung's I800 both taking a bow, alongside an Android-powered e-reader called the enTourage eDGe.

There is one phone earmarked for November, however, in the form of the HTC Merge, which pack a 10 megapixel camera.
