Pays $19m for mobile CRM specialist, and also snaps up remaining interest in Casee.

Mobile marketing firm Velti already offers its clients an assortment of marketing tools via its mGage platform.

Now it plans to give Air2Web customers access to mGage, while incorporating Air2Web's technology and data into its own services.

Velti expects to gross more than $12 million annually from the purchase, from recurring platform licensing, usage and performance fees.

On top of this deal, Velti has signed another agreement to consolidate its purchase of Chinese mobile advertising network Casee, with Xin Ye, Casee CEO, staying on to lead leading Velti's operation in China.

Since 2008, Velti has owned 33 per cent of Casee, providing the company with the power to execute campaigns for global brands in China.

For the remainder of Casee, Velti will pay approximately $8.4 million.

Velti estimates that in Q4, Air2Web will generate $3 million revenue and Casee will generate $1.5 million.
