Universal partners with SendMe Mobile

Universal Music is to make its catalogue available to members of the D2C service SendMeMobile.

It means that SendMe members will have access to music from artists such as 50 Cent, Gwen Stefani, Kanye West, Rihanna and U2 for the first time. US-based SendMe’s family of sites includes SendMeMobile.com, SoLow.com and mbuzzy.com.

“We’re thrilled to be working with SendMe,” stated Rio Caraeff, executive VP of eLabs, Universal Music Group. “The company has created a unique mobile media platform that provides fans an exciting way to discover and enjoy music wherever and whenever they want.”
