A mobile viral created by Mobstar Media for Nuts TV has chalked 279,000 downloads.
The video was created to promote the ‘lad’s mag’ channel’s darts and cage fighting programming. It ran during July, and more than doubled its projected figure of 129,000.Mobstar created two 10-second live-action comic clips, which were offered free via Bluetooth in 63 sports bars and pubs. Tony Ragan, Director of Nuts TV said: “This was an impressive campaign and proof that consumers respond well to this type of mobile viral activity. The download ratio across the campaign was roughly 27 per cent of customers, which is just phenomenal and is further proof that working with innovative agencies like Mobstar can drive audience on both linear and non-linear platforms”.”
