Developers can use the tools to create content for handset maker's TouchWiz technology.
The Samsung Widget SDK, developed by UIEvolution and based the open source Eclipse platform, offers developers a content creation, testing and delivery environment for TouchWiz touchscreen phones.
UIE says developers will have immediate access to updates for rapid development and delivery of new applications and services as new Samsung devices and features enter the market.
