Tweetsii connects info to physical places and sorts it all by users’ location, connections and interests. It aggregates tweets and updates from other services (Foursquare, Gowalla, GyPSii, etc) to show users what’s happening and where.
Users contribute to the dialogue by checking-in, giving out tips and alerts, and tweeting geo-tagged photos and comments.
The move to Android is not the only news announced today.
The service has also introduced a new user interface, a 'Here & Now' stream to show what’s happening nearby, a search function, a check-in utility and a 'canonical place index' of all relevant information for a place and connecting into one experience.
GyPSii, creator of Tweetsii, powers over 25 different location and social networking applications on over 400 plus devices and 11 platforms worldwide.

In the second half of 2009, the company added over 1 million new users and is on track to add a half million more this quarter.
