During three days ducking in and out of sessions at the BlackBerry Developer Conference, we had the chance to hear several experts talking about what works and what doesn't on RIM's BlackBerry App World store.
Assembled developers got tips on what features to include in their apps, how to describe and market the on and off the store, and how best to interact with their users to get feedback and avoid the dreaded one-star reviews.
So, we've put together a primer, summarising some of the stuff that we learned this week. Although much of it is BlackBerry-related, many of the points are also applicable to iPhone, Android, Symbian and other mobile platform.
