Thumbplay picks the Bucket

Thumbplay has built a 'send to mobile' service for the Photobucket photo sharing website.

The service lets users transfer pics over the air in two clicks and then optimises them for the device as a wallpaper. It costs $1.99 a piece.

Alex Welch, president of Photobucket, said: "Photobucket is committed to making its service available to our users on every possible platform. Thumbplay gives our users another great way to interact with and utilise their Photobucket images in a way that is effortless, fast, and works on the phones of more than 230 million mobile users in the US."
