Infographic reveals Norway generates the most revenue per download at 37¢, while China pulls in just 4¢.
App store analytics firm App Annie created 'The Rise of the Planet of the Apps' infographic to illustrate the rise of the iOS app market between 2011 and 2012.
It's full of interesting stuff, revealing for example that China had the highest increase of app downloads, rising by 298 per cent as revenues were up 187 per cent in calendar 2011.
Meanwhile, the iPad generates more than double the revenue of iPhone.
