iPhone owners will soon be able to draw inspiration from Mother Teresa, thanks to an app from Mobifusion.
In fact, it's one of a series of personal and spiritual development apps heading for the App Store thanks to a deal between Mobifusion and book publisher New World Library.
The apps use Mobifusion's Mobiviewer technology, which presents a series of virtual cards with images and quotations. Users can browse, search by keywords, and make notes on them.
Besides Mother Teresa's Wisdom Deck: 50 Inspirational Cards, there will also be apps featuring authors Eckhart Tolle and Shakti Gawain.
"With our applications, people can experience a quick peaceful retreat any time of the day – while the kids are napping, during a lunch break, or even on a train ride home," says Mobifusion CEO Pavan Mandhani.
Other iPhone apps of a distinctly less spiritual nature using Mobifusion's technology include Real Sex For Real Women, and Tracey Cox Superflirt.
