Text2Pay enables Android in-app payments

Solution lets developers integrate an operator billing option directly into the app, with coverage in 70 countries.

The Tap2Pay payment widget requires a simple API and Java library and supports all the usual business models associated with in-app payments.

It offers built-in support for one-off and subscription items along with virtual currency and virtual goods transactions.

Of course the beauty of such systems are the security involved, the addressable market and the relative ease of use for the consumer.

So when the user chooses what to buy, the widget sends a request to his/her phone and the user confirms with a single tap.

Text2Pay says 95 per cent to 100 per cent of users can be addressed in its 70 country footprint, and that they system can process transactions in 60 currencies and 49 languages.
