Companys new 'Klik' service offers a free 150 MB of mobile data with a customised version of Opera Mini.
Telenor Serbia will also provide one-click access to sites such as Blic, Blic Sport, ALO and 24 sata as part of the plan.
The compression in Opera Mini means almost 1500 MB of full web pages can be viewed without going over a user’s 150 MB limit.
“Introducing Telenor Klik with Opera feels like launching a small revolution making mobile internet very easy for wide Serbian population still using mostly feature phones.
"I’m happy that we have managed to integrate together Opera Mini, social and network aggregator, network traffic management, over the air provisioning and a relevant on-line media content into one simple proposition of Telenor Klik reaching more than 200k activations,” said Marek Slacik, Telenor Serbia Chief Marketing Officer.
