Spotify gets some competition from the Danes.
TDC Play is an award winning service, managed by 24-7, that bundles unlimited access to music for any customer of the Danish telco and broadband provider.
Now, it's adding a mobile component with the creation of an app for accessing the service.
Playlists can contain up to 50 tracks and when created via the web service, they will be instantly accessible via the mobile app.
In addition, playlists can also be created and edited directly on the device. Users can store playlists offline and access them from other enabled devices.
As the service uses progressive download technology, tracks are available to be played offline in areas of limited or no mobile connection.
