The Opera Mini web browser is now available for BREW-based mobile devices.
The browser, which Norway-based Opera says has 27 million cumulative users, has already been implemented for Qualcomm's BREW platform by Indian operator Tata.Opera Mini works by reformatting web pages using its Small Screen Rendering software to fit smaller mobile screens. In addition, Opera's new 'Desktop Mode' gives users a wider view of the page.
