Another ad firm joins the goldrush.
US-based Tapit! says its new platform will include real time bidding, in-depth targeting and auto optimisation capabilities. It will also offer both a self service interface and multiple ad units to developers and publishers.
The firm reckons, in tests, real time bidding increased campaign click-through rates to over 32 per cent and saw lifts in conversion rates of nearly 18 per cent.
“We wanted to provide our publishers with more options to earn the very most from their app”, said Giancarlo Maniaci, CEO to TapIt!.
“Real Time Bidding will be leading the way for mobile in 2012 and giving our partners the ability to monetize every nook in cranny of their mobile real estate. These monetisation options will lead to strong partnerships and increased revenue opportunities for our mobile publishers”.
TapIt! is not to be confused with TapIt, the Australian firm specialising in mobile NFC marketing.
