Streamezzo brings T-DMB to its client

Streamezzo's Rich Media Client can now support Terrestrial-DMB.

The addition means that consumers with Streamezzo-enabled T-DMB devices will be able to access information such as song details, news or weather headlines while listening to their favourite radio channel. They can also purchase goods, services or music, vote, open emails or send SMS messages.

The first commercial integration is the ETEN-Glofiish V900 device, which can receive TV broadcast in T-DMB, DVB-T (Digital Video Broadcasting Terrestrial), and DVB-H standards. Streamezzo’s solution integrates these broadcast features with its 3G-based solution in one interface, enabling various connected services integrated around the broadcast signal.

“It’s a great achievement for our company” said Oliver Avaro, CEO of Streamezzo “By enabling applications developers and services providers to publish interactive content not only across the widest range of devices but as well across various publication standards, we pushed the boundaries of our mission one step further”.
