Reports point to an early-2010 debut for the music service on App World
MocoNews says it has learned of Spotify's BlackBerry plans as the music provider prepares to launch its desktop services in the US in 4Q09/1Q10.
Spotify made its services available to iPhone and Android users last month, so a BlackBerry version would be a logical progression for the high-profile company.
The MocoNews article speculates that RIM will be keen to offer Spotify in order to bolster its music offering - its has Shazam and 7Digital services available and has spent millions on a partnership with U2.
