Glu Mobile's Speed Racer game sped onto operator portals today as movie hits the global box office.
The launch of Speed Racer marks the first title Glu has developed and published through its strategic worldwide partnership with Warner Bros. Digital Distribution.The mobile game is now available via operator decks in Europe, North and Latin America, and will continue launching around the world concurrent with release dates for the Wachowski brothers-directed movie.
Jill Braff, senior VP of global publishing at Glu, said: "We’re really proud of the job our studio has done to develop a white-knuckle racing game on par with the level of quality that the Wachowski brothers expect. We’re excited to be able to put this experience in the hands of consumers in anticipation of the film’s debut.”
