Vendor's latest entertainment handset available this quarter
Sony Ericsson has bolstered its high-end multimedia portfolio further with the HD-capable Vivaz.
The device will go on sale globally this quarter and allows users to shoot HD video and upload it direct to YouTube via a wi-fi connection. Images are captured through an 8.1 megapixel camera.
Beyond the hardware functionality, the handset will also offer apps from the PlayNow portal and Symbian Developer Community.
Sony Ericsson says the Vivaz features its new ’human curvature’ design philosophy, first used with the Xperia X10 and which will become a consistent feature of the company's portfolio going forward.
