Developer launches its first mobile trivia game through social networking site.
Mobile content developer Sonic Boom has released its Name that Movie trivia game on Facebook.The game, which is due to go live on November 3rd, is part of Sonic Boom’s ‘Name That’ series and offers free movie-themed ringtones and screensavers offered as prizes.
“The value of mobile social media is growing, and we continue to drive viral interest in our applications through services such as Facebook,” said Sonic Boom’s CEO David Danon.
“Facebook is an ideal vehicle for ‘Name That Movie;’ it is another conduit for us to up sell users on carrier decks, and it maximizes the value of the licensing brand.”
