Snoop Dogg is the latest musician to get a promotional iPhone application.
It's called Snoop Dogg iFizzle Soundboard, and it's an audio collection of 16 of the rapper's most memorable quotes.
For example: "Bow Wow Wow Yippy Yo Yippy Yay", "Chuuch! Preach! Tabernacle!" and the unforgettable "Break Bread or Fake Dead 09. Ooo Weee!". We promise we haven't made any of those up.
The selling point is that Snoop recorded the soundbites himself for the application. Users tap the screen to get the man himself saying whatever phrase they choose. Cartoonist Joe Cool has provided the visuals.
It's a bit of fun, of course, but it's interesting to see this kind of content being provided through an app. Not too long ago, this sort of stuff would be more likely to be sold as £3-a-pop ringtones.
Kids won't be buying it, though. iFizzle has a 17+ age-rating on the App Store, thanks to its references to alcohol, tobacco, drug use and mature/suggestive themes.
