App Annie is in beta at the moment, but already provide insights into 332,539 apps by 77,132 companies across 90 countries.
Its services provide information like the number of downloads needed to reach the top downloads lists in certain app stores.
Ad marketplace Smaato has a burgeoning community of developers and ad networks using the iOS platform. Its CEO Ragnar Kruse said: “We are glad to partner with App Annie on providing more value and insights for our iPhone/iPad app developers.
"This service now helps our partners to monitor their success in the different markets and give them insights about the iOS marketplace."
Smaato partners with mobile publishers, developers, ad networks and operators. It has more than 11.000 publishers in 220+ countries and manages 16 billion ad requests per month.
