BSkyB to launch re-branded service on July 6th.
The re-launch means that the firm's 10 million UK UK and Ireland customers will be able to watch Sky channels and programmes on PCs, laptops, mobiles and tablets at no extra charge.
Each Sky home will be able to register up to two devices, through which they can access all five Sky Sports channels, ESPN and Sky News, with further channels to be added in the future.
On laptops and PCs they get access more than 30 live channels plus on-demand content. It will also remain available on Xbox and Fetch TV users as Sky.
Non-Sky customers can pay between £15 and £40 per month for access from August.
Stephen van Rooyen, deputy MD of Sky's Customer Group, said: "The explosion of smartphones and tablets demonstrates the increasing consumer demand for accessing entertainment and communicating on the move.
