Pay TV giant's subscribers can now set up their Sky+ recordings remotely if they own Apple's device.
Sky has released an iPhone app that allows people to remote set up recordings on a Sky+ or Sky+ HD set-top box.
The satellite TV firm has offered remote record functionality for other smartphones as part of Sky Mobile for some time, but the Remote Record app marks its first effort for iPhone.
Set up is relatively straightforward, with users having to register their details at Sky.com as they would do to access other services like Sky Player.
