France's SISTEER currently provides a hosting solution to 30 MVNOs, while Momac provides the platform that powers dozens of mobile portals for operators and enterprises.
This collaboration has been created to give MVNOs the chance to offer content services fast, this opening up new revenue streams, while reducing costs through self-care systems.
