Bundled subscription service SingTel AMPed developed in partnership with Universal.
There will be no data charges for downloads, and on selected phones, AMPed is bundled for free without customers having to sign up for new plans.
As part of the service, customers can upload reviews, photos, comments and chat. They can also link to Facebook and Twitter, and so on.
Allen Lew, SingTel's CEO, said: "AMPed is another demonstration of SingTel's transformation into a multimedia solutions company and how we are constantly developing new and innovative solutions that are relevant to our customers' needs."
