Tanla to host breakfast event as it launches partner programme.
The new service will give content and app developers the chance to retail their products via handset pre-loads and memory cards. Tanla is already a well-esablished provider of mobile billing, and has links to 100 operator networks in over 80 languages.
Its MWC seminar takes place at the Mercat de le Flors Theatre in Barcelona on Tuesday February 16th at 8.30am. Tanla will present its new programme in detail and will be supported by presentations from Carphone Warehouse, Sony Ericsson, Accumulate and a panel session hosted by ME's executive editor Tim Green.

The new partner programme is one result of Tanla's purchase of Finland's Openbit in 2008. Openbit specialises in on-device payments and DRM.
Tanla already has over 200 app developers using its payments and licence management solution.
