Music discovery specialist secures another operator music store integration, this time in Germany.
Vodafone Germany has begun offering the 'MusicFinder with Shazam' app, which allows users to share their discoveries and purchase content from the operator's music store.The news follows a similar agreement inked by Shazam last week with T-Mobile and Samsung.
Vodafone Germany customers will be able to download the MusicFinder application direct to their handset from the Vodafone Live! portal and get a 30 day free trial.
Thereafter they can then choose to subscribe to get unlimited usage for €2.99 a month.
Vodafone Germany customers will still be able to use the existing Shazam-powered IVR service for 49 euro cents per use.
