Korean phone maker will launch Google-powered device within months, say reports.
The "Google Phone" is expected to be available in both GSM/3G and CDMA options and sold via T-Mobile and Sprint Nextel, according to Korean IT News.It beleves Samsung will base the handset in its touchscreen Omnia and Instinct smarphones.
Currently, HTC supplies the only device, although Australia's Kogan Technologies claims to have a model available for sale in January. The Open Handset Alliance, which supports Android development, recently announced 14 new members. Just about every except Nokia and Apple has signed up.
