Samsung and Adidas have launched the miCoach phone, which theyre touting as first sports music mobile.
It comprises a stride sensor, heart rate monitor, training tips and time updates, and encourages users with music tailored to the workout. A personal coach dispenses advice such as ‘Speed up to power zone’ or ‘15 minutes is completed’. Tapping the phone twice produces instant updates on the workout. The two inch LCD displays heart rate, distance, speed and calories burned.The miCoach phone will be available in Germany and other European countries from mid-March.
