Sales Tracks lets customers hear sales messages instead of ringtones

Company claims test users are seeing sales increases of 250 per cent.

Sales Tracks is a new service that allows a business' callers to hear an advertising or sales message instead of a standard ringtone.

By choosing from a library of industry-specific content or even using bespoke content recorded by Sales Tracks, the company claims that early testers of the service have already seen a 285% increase in conversion rates.

The service costs £2 per month per mobile and is only available to Orange, T-Mobile and Virgin Media Mobile customers

Richard Jackson of Sales Tracks said: “We are really excited to bring British business an entirely new marketing medium.

"A typical business user will actually play six hours of the monotone ringing sound to their inbound callers a year – it’s time something unlocked the potential to do more with it.”
