ROK to power mobile TV in Russia

Signs deal with KOX TV to launch carrier-agnostic streamed TV service.

ROK says the KOX TV project will be available to flat rate data customers of Beeline, Megafon, MTS and Tele2.

The service comprises 12 looped and on-demand TV channels and is priced at 247 rubles per month with the first two weeks viewing free.

There are six Russian language TV and six English language channels in the content line-up.
