Local operator AMC to extend offering of that most selfless of mobile content services.
Cosmote subsidiary Albanian Mobile Communications (AMC) has expanded its Comverse Fun Dial ringback tone capacity after robust uptake by end-users.Branded 'Fun Tunes', the service is being deployed by AMC in conjunction with Comverse and its local re-seller Innova.
AMC says it's the only operator in the Eastern European country to offer a ringback tones service.
The Comverse Fun Dial family also includes Fun Broker, which opens the ringback tone service to third-party (off-deck) content providers, Fun Ad, Fun Greeting and Fun Video.
George Papadakis, AMC's marketing and P&S manager, said: “The rapid market penetration is a result of the strong product, the attractive user interface, and the intensive work of the consumer marketing team: seminars, best-practice workshops and more."
