RealNetworks has unveiled a next gen ringback offer, called Multimedia Ringback Services.
The new solution, now available worldwide, brings a new level of personalisation to the sector, allowing subscribers to incorporate audio, images and video.
Real’s offering manages the entire process on behalf of operators. It was deployed in Korea with SK Telecom earlier this year – branded Video COLORing – and enthusiastically received.
Real quoted M-Metrics numbers claiming the ringback market leapt 31 per cent in the last year.
