RayFusion re-named as Connect2Media Middle East

It's owned by Connect2Media so it's hardly surprising it it?

Israeli based games distributor RayFusion was acquired by Connect2Media in 2008, and works with Electronic Arts, Digital Chocolate, iPlay and many others.

The company own Icy Towers game has sold nearly 150,000 in Connect2Media Middle East’s domestic market alone.

The rebranding also coincides with a change of senior management for Connect2Media Middle East, with the appointment of a new MD Orly Zelazny. She arrives from broadband company Alvarion.

“Rayfusion has long been the dominant player in the market for mobile games in Israel, and our task is now not only to strengthen our hold on the Israeli market, but also build our position in Turkey and Greece.

"As we move forward our new branding will help us in one of our major roles within the group, which is to source exciting new content, games and applications, from developers, around the world,” said Zelazny.

The re-brand follows a period of rapid expansion for Connect2Media, with the acquisition of US business Sennari and its ‘PrizePlay’ platform just weeks ago.
