RapidSolution unveils AudialsMobile 2.0

Service uses mobile handset to record free music from internet radio directly via 3G.

Germany-based RapidSolution believes the AudialsMobile service hits casual users for whom individual music downloads are too expensive – and music subscriptions are inappropriate.

AudialsMobile lets them find music in two clicks. They launch the app, select an artist or song and start recording from one of the connected social radio stations on the internet.

Users need a Nokia, Samsung and LG mobile phone with Symbian S60 3rd and 5th Edition. The service is free with two recordings per day, or costs nine euros (rising to 19.9 euros) for a premium version offering unlimited daily recordings.

AudialsMobile also includes the option of adding additional social radios by installing plug-in for recordings. It's open source, so the user community has already developed plug-in for many social radios.

In Germany and other countries, it is permitted to record songs from legal sources for private use.
