Firm backed by Jamba and Warner vets to launch mobile-interactive quiz show.
New York-based Prizemo has announced the launch of its new TV game show, Show You the Money.The show allows players to win cash and prizes for correct answers to trivia questions by sending text messages or by playing online.
Starting in the US on September 5th, Prizemo will start airing with 30 promotional slots scheduled on the MTV, MTV2, VH-1 and BET channels.
The show is to be hosted by minor celebrities who will appear on air to exhort viewers to text the correct answers to questions.
Mobile participants to the show will receive a free ringtone or other mobile content and will be charged 99 cents per text message.

Prizemo was founded by Jakob Kuznicki, formerly the vice president of licensing for Jamba/Jamster, and Anthony Rodol, formerly director of new media and mobile for Warner Music Group.
CEO Kuznicki said: “We are bringing the music and entertainment industries together with their audiences in a community environment that is exciting and fulfilling. We are leveraging the participation media phenomenon in a new way in the US for an audience that is passionate about music and popular culture, and wants to be rewarded for its passion.”
